Physical description:

Human

height: short (4-foot-something including the hair)
hair: spikey black hair with blue tips and a patch of white-tipped in the front
eyes: red
distinguishing marks: has a jigan (3rd eye) on his forehead; (later episodes) black dragon "tatoo" on his right arm, usually bandaged

Demon

height: same as human form
hair: same colors, except it sticks up in two directions
eyes: red with yellow...whites (you know the white part of human eyes? well, his are yellow)
distinguishing marks: green skin; jigan on forehead; black dragon "tatoo"; sometimes (not sure if always) has eyes all over his body to boost power of jigan on forehead

Powers:

The jigan boosts his telekenetic and telepathic powers, also allows him to control low-level demons and some humans. He's incredibly fast and an excellent swordsman. In later episodes, he has bound himself to a black dragon which appears to be a tatoo on his right arm, but he keeps it bandaged to contain its power. The Black Dragon Wave is extremely destructive and drains him of most (if not all) of his spirit energy.

Personality:

He follows his own Honor Code that only he understands. He doesn't like Kuwabara much (feeling's mutual), has a gruding respect for Yusuke since he beat him, doesn't seem to have much of a problem with Kurama, and pretty much ignores everyone else.
